Podcast interview explores exchange between UNT and Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University

Swami Durgananda, monk and registrar of the Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University (RMVU) in Belur Math, India, visited the University of North Texas from October 2-9, 2012 to further educational exchange between the two universities and explore potential collaborative projects with the UNT South Asian Media, Culture & Arts research cluster, such as mutual access to university archives, study abroad opportunities, and curricular support in subjects including journalism, disaster management, and philosophy and religion studies.

While on campus Swami Durgananda met with students, faculty, and university administrators and gave an open lecture entitled, "Uniqueness of Indian Thought: Harmony & Synthesis."  The visit was sponsored by UNT-International.
