How do I take the training?

Internet connection is required.  You may either click on the link or copy and paste the link into your browser for the corresponding briefing.  Briefing access requires your EUID and EUID password.  If using Internet Explorer and logged in on a UNT workstation, the system logs you into the UPK Training using your EUID & EUID password.  Otherwise, a pop-up screen requests your login credentials.  Please type login as ‘UNT\[euid]’ and then use your EUID password.

The web page is asking for Adobe Flash Add-On, what should I do?

You may see a notice to install Adobe Flash Add-On. Neither briefing contains sound.  Decline in two easy steps; (1) click ‘no sound’ link and (2) click ‘OK’ where indicator states ‘Sound playback has been disabled’ (these steps direct you back to the UPK Training page).

I am using a UNT workstation to take the training, how do I log in?

Internet connection is required.  Briefing access requires your EUID and EUID password.   If using Internet Explorer and logged in on UNT workstation, your EUID & EUID password is used to log into UPK Training.  For all other browsers, a pop-up screen will request your login credentials.  Please type login as ‘UNT\[euid]’ and then use your EUID password.

I logged in with my EUID, but the screen is asking me to enter my name and click Login, or my landing page looks like a list of training links.  What should I do?

First-time users logging in to UPK Training requires three initial steps.  (1) Enter New User information (Last name, First Name, and E-mail Address), (2) Click Login for the page to change to a catalog list of training links, and (3) Re-paste or re-click the briefing link into your same current browser.

* Upon upgrade and refresh of the system, all users will be seen as a first-time user again. Follow above steps. See example here: Picture
