Research Services

Research Services is a vital function of the university. Pre-award staff members are responsible for the technical review, final approval, and submission of faculty proposals for external funding. Post-award staff members process extramural awards, administer grants and oversee research compliance. Research Services has various reporting mechanisms that allow UNT to collect and report data on research activities. In collaboration with the new Research Development Team, Research Services staff focus on working with faculty to submit exemplary proposals that result in external awards.
