Grants and Contracts Admin. - Post-AwardCarlos Valdez serves as a Grants & Contracts Accounting Analyst for the post-award team. He will be managing the National Science Foundation (NSF) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) direct awards. Prior to coming to the Division of Research and Innovation, Carlos spent more than seven years as an administrative specialist in the UNT Transportation Office. There he assisted in preparing budget reports, managing interdepartmental transactions, coordinating event billing, and processing vendor payments.Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from UNT.
