Building a Better World: Celebrating Women in S.T.E.M.

UNT will host Building a Better World: Celebrating Women in S.T.E.M., a symposium in honor of International Women’s Day on Friday, March 1 in the University Union Ballroom, Suite 314. Open to the public, the event will showcase research conducted by UNT faculty and student women in S.T.E.M. The symposium will feature guest speakers Catharine Conley, former planetary protection officer at NASA, and Eva Csaky, executive director of Southern Methodist University’s Hunt Institute, as well as a panel discussion and student poster sessions.
