Joan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati with a double major in Marketing and Management. She spent over 10 years working in Human Resources before joining UNT. Prior to the Sr. Compliance Analyst role, she held several administrative positions at UNT in departments including Counseling and Testing Services, the College of Science, and the Registrar's Office.
