Texas Advanced Computing Center
The Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) designs and operates some of the world’s most powerful computing resources. The center’s mission is to enable discoveries that advance science and society through the application of advanced computing technologies.
PLEASE NOTE: The launch date for the Lonestar6 cluster at TACC has been delayed due to equipment backorders. You may create a new account now but allocation requests will not be fulfilled until Lonestar6 is fully operational.
The Talon3 high performance computing center currently housed at the UNT Denton campus will remain operational for the remainder of 2021. UNT researchers may continue to use Talon3 until the Lonestar6 system becomes available.
