How UNT Helps You Grow

The Division of Research and Innovation supports graduate students as learners, scholars, educators, and leaders. We partner with colleges, departments, and university units to ensure that your graduate experience is academically rich, professionally rewarding, and personally fulfilling.

Whether you’re starting your journey, advancing your research, or preparing to lead in your field, UNT provides the guidance, resources, and community to help you thrive.

The UNT Graduate Student Support page offers resources and services, including forms, academic advising, professional development, funding guidance, and wellness support, designed to help graduate students succeed throughout their academic journey.

The Student Research page at UNT provides information and resources to help students engage in research opportunities, connect with faculty mentors, find funding and workshops, and navigate support services across disciplines.

Any UNT graduate student admitted to a master's or doctoral degree program or pursuing certification may cross-register in graduate level courses at TWU or East Texas A&M for their UNT degree program that are being used toward their current degree program. Full program and registration information is on the Federation of North Texas Area Universities web page.
