Meeting Dates & Deadlines

Currently, IBC meetings are being held every second Wednesdays of the month at 12:30 pm via Microsoft Teams.

In order to provide ample time for review, new IBC protocol submissions must be received by the deadline to be reviewed by the committee at the corresponding IBC meeting in 2025. Submissions are due by NOON on dates indicated below in order to be considered for IBC review. Submissions received after the deadline will be placed on the next regularly scheduled meeting agenda.

To avoid delays in the review process, ensure you submit a complete application. The IBC Chair reserves the right to remove protocols from an agenda if determined to be incomplete. The committee meets only once every month on the dates provided below. There is no expedited protocol review process for IBC.

Members of the public who wish to attend an IBC meeting should contact IBCProgram@unt.edu to receive information about the time, location, and/or the Zoom link for the specific meeting date.
