Parking information for University Research Day attendees, presenters, and guests is outlined below. Please review the section that applies to you to ensure a smooth arrival on campus.

  • To check updated information about road closures in the area, please visit the UNT Construction Report website.
  • We have found the easiest way to navigate to campus is to simply type “Lot (number) Denton TX”, in your preferred navigation app.
  • We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to ensure you are able to find a parking spot.

UNT Faculty, Staff & Students

  • Valid UNT parking permit required
  • Park in your designated permit lot
  • Standard UNT parking regulations apply
  • Suggested Parking Lots:
    • Faculty/Staff: Lots 50, 37, 36
    • Students: Lots 38 or 39

UNT System Participants

  • The UNT Denton campus and UNT Health have a reciprocity agreement that allows parking permits to be valid on both campuses.
  • UNT Health faculty may park in any lot labeled FS, Eagle, or Remote.
  • Please avoid parking in “A” Reserve areas and Resident Reserve lots.
  • Suggested Parking Lots: 50, 37, & 36
