All UNT researchers are invited to participate in our Building the Research Enterprise and Knowledge Series (BREAKS) every third Thursday of the month. Each session will be led by a topic expert in the field in order to elevate best practices, while answering some of the most frequently asked questions by UNT researchers related to the topic. These hour-long discussions are a comfortable conversation where no question is too basic, too simple, or too complicated.    Topic Manuscript writing can be a dreaded task, but with prior preparation, organization and – importantly – enthusiasm for the task, creating a manuscript for a book or journal article can become not just a manageable process but one to be faced with anticipation. This research breaks session is designed for relatively inexperienced writers. UNT’s Dr. Warren Burggren, author of more than 300 books, book chapters and journal articles, shares his tools, tricks and techniques for effective and compelling writing--first keystrokes to pushing the “submit” button.
