GRAMS

GRAMS

UNT has launched, in conjunction with our UNT System peer institutions (UNT Dallas & UNTHSC), the electronic proposal administration system Grants and Research Administration Management Suite (GRAMS) from the provider Huron. GRAMS helps to ensure successful proposal creation and budget development, electronic submission to grants.gov and post-award management capabilities including award setup, modification entry and budget reconciliation to enter and track sponsor approved budgets.

GRAMS Funding Proposals (FP)

GRAMS is a fully electronic Research Administration System that enables faculty and staff to route and approve proposals, submit most federal applications to grants.gov, and manage awards, contracts and agreements in one integrated dashboard.

424 Applications (grants.gov submissions only)

Proposals submitted via grants.gov will be transmitted to the sponsor using GRAMS System-to-System (S2S) capability. A “424 Application” will be linked to the GRAMS Funding Proposal for proposals that need to be submitted electronically to grants.gov. GCA will be able to submit the 424 application to the sponsor once the finalized 424 application has been routed and obtained the needed Department and College approval in GRAMS and routed to GCA.
